We maintain a curated list of the venture industry’s highest-performing firms — our “Signal Investors.” When one of these firms leads a deal with the largest check in the round, we consider it a high-conviction signal.
Deal Origination
Seed firms with follow-on rights in these deals submit allocations to Megalith. Our rules-based filter evaluates each opportunity against strict criteria: valuation range, lead investor conviction, preferred equity terms, and portfolio concentration limits.
